            Measures for Delivery and Clearing In-room

            Food Service for AQ while Waiting for the First
            RT-PCR Result



            1. Operational guidelines



              1.1    Limit food delivery service to 3 times a day.
                     -   From 7:00, 8:00, or 10:00
                     -   From 12:00, 13:00, or 14:00
                     -   From 17:00, 18:00, or 19:00
              1.2  Deliver food at the front area of the guest rooms only.


























              1.3  Collect leftover food and utensils from the front area of the guest rooms only.
              1.4  All staff must always wear PPE while performing duties. (See more details in INDEX
                     section)




























              1.5  Staff spray disinfectant before collecting garbage bags.
