Measures for Delivery and Clearing In-room Food
Service for AQ while Waiting for the First
RT-PCR Result
1.6 Clean the tables in front of the guest rooms with disinfectant every time after
service.
1.7 Cleaning staff are not permitted to clean guest rooms during the first 7 days of
stay, except in case of emergency only.
1.8 For laundry service, the collection time is from 9:00 – 10:00 daily and all clothes
will be returned within 24 hours. Price and service details are provided by hotels.
Customers must put their items in the red bags and seal them tightly with
rope before placing them in front of their rooms. Staff must spray disinfectant
thoroughly before collecting the red bags.
1.9 After guests’ check-out for 24 hours, assign a limited number of cleaning staff
to clean the guest rooms, following the procedures advised by MOPH.
