                 The imperative form of the verb is used to give commands. To
                 form the imperative, remove the -ar, -er or r  -ir from the infinir  -
                 tive and add these endings:

                 When you are telling someone not to do something, use the
                 forms above and place não in front of the verb:

                   don’t interrupt me, please  don’t drink alcohol!
                   não venha esta noite
