UNIT 4 Offering Help and Advice

As a staff of the hotel industry, to learn and comprehend some

offering phrases to assist a guest is required. Using properly phrases is

necessary to serve your guest, it can express polite behavior and convince

guest’s satisfaction. In either case, knowing what to say in those situations

will hold you in good stead with the guests. This unit gathered appropriate

offering help phrases which you will need to offer to the guests in various

circumstances.
