Cadets Retain Rating For The 25th Year

Cadet officers prepare the brigade for inspection by Fifth Army inspectors.

St. Thomas Academy held its annual Federal Inspection on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 12 and 13.
This inspection was a review by the Department of the Army on the Academy's participation in the na­
tional ROTC program and of the accomplishment of this mission by the Army Detachment at Saint
Thomas which is headed by Major Enrrique N. Ruiz, Senior Army Instructor.
The inspection was conducted by Lt. Colonel Joseph Bowman, Deputy Chief of the Junior ROTC
Branch of the 5th Army and Captain Gene F. Loosbrock.
