Such notice shall contain an election ballot which provides space to enable a Member to vote for
a nominee other than the nominee of the Nominating Committee as concerns each vacancy to
be filled.
7. Counter-Nominations. Any twenty-five (25) Members may propose any Member as a
counter-nominee for any vacancy by filing with the Secretary the name and address of such
counter-nominee not later than the April 20 first following notice of the Nominating Committee
nominees as aforesaid. In the event of any such counter-nomination, the Secretary shall give
notice of the name and address of each such counter-nominee to each Member whose address
is listed in the Association records by depositing same in the U.S. Mail, postage prepaid, directed
to such Member at his or her address as contained in the Association records, not later than the
May 15 first following such counter-nomination.
8. Voting. Each Member shall be entitled to vote for one (1) nominee or counter-nominee for
each vacancy. Voting shall be on a ballot in the form contained in the notice of nominations
mailed to the Members as aforesaid or on a reasonable facsimile thereof. Voting may be by U.S.
Mail or in person. Any ballot mailed must be delivered to the Association's office not later than thp
day prior to the meeting date to be counted. Each ballot must be signed by the Member voting
in order to be valid.
9. Election. The nominee receiving the largest number of the votes cast for each vacancy
shall be declared elected.
ARTICLE VII
DIRECTOR OF ALUMNI AFFAIRS
1. Selection, Term and Duties. There shall be a Director of Alumni Affairs who shall be
appointed by the President of Post College, subject to the approval of the Executive Committee.
The Director of Alumni Affairs shall be custodian of all Association documents and records. He
or she shall have such other authorities and shall perform such other duties as the Executive
Committee shall determine from time to time subject to approval by the President of Post Col
lege.
ARTICLE VIII
CLASS AGENTS
1. Designation. The Executive Committee shall designate one (1) or more Members of each
graduating class of Post College as Class Agents.
2. Term. Each Class Agent shall serve at the pleasure of the Executive Committee.
3. Duties. Class Agents shall perform such duties as the Executive Committee shall determine
from time to time.
ARTICLE IX
ALUMNI CLUBS
1. Formation. Ten (10) Members having a common interest in Post College or one or more of
its activities may organize and make application to the Association for an Alumni Club Charter.
Such application shall be in writing, shall be signed by all of the organizing Members, and shall
be delivered to the Secretary. The application shall contain an agreement on the part of the
Alumni Club, when organized, to conform to the general requirements of the Association. Ap
plications shall be presented to the Executive Committee which shall have power to issue Alumni
Club Charters. Each charter shall continue in effect at the pleasure of and shall be subject to
revision by the Executive Committee.
2. Activities. Alumni Clubs shall be charged in their charters with the conservation and
promotion of loyalty and enthusiasm of the Alumni of Post College. Members of such clubs shall
stimulate interest in Post College and disseminate information concerning its activities.
