3. Membership. Alumni Club charters shall specify: (1) the requirements for membership in
the Alumni Club; (2) that the Club shall hold at least one (1) meeting each year; and (3) that the
Alumni Club secretary shall forward to the Secretary of the Association annually a list of the
Club’s officers and the names and addresses of all of its Members.
4. Finances. Each Alumni Club shall maintain its finances in the same method and on the
same fiscal year as the Association, and shall report in writing its income and expenses and
year-end financial status for each fiscal year to the Executive Committee within thirty (30) days
after the end of such fiscal year.
ARTICLE X
OFFICE
1. Principal Office. The principal office of the Association shall be at Waterbury, Connecticut.
ARTICLE XI
CORPORATE SEAL
1. Form. The Association shall have a seal which shall have inscribed thereon the name of the
corporation, the year of its incorporation, and the words "Post College”.
ARTICLE XI
FISCAL YEAR
1. Period. The fiscal year of the Association shall begin on July 1 and end on the following
June 30.
ARTICLE XIII
OFFICIAL PUBLICATION
1. Title. The official publication of the Association shall be "Postscripts,” or such other name
as shall be designated by the Executive Committee.
2. Publication. The Post College Postscripts shall be published not less frequently than
semi-annually.
3. Distribution. The Executive Committee may impose reasonable restrictions from time to
time as concerns to which Members the Post College Postscripts bulletin will be delivered or
mailed.
ARTICLE XIV
EXECUTION OF INSTRUMENTS
1. Bank Accounts. Bank accounts shall be maintained only at banks and trust companies
approved by the Executive Committee.
2. Signing of Checks, Notes, Etc. All checks, drafts, orders for the payment of money, and all
promissory notes and other obligations of the Association for the payment of money shall be
signed by any two (2) of the President Director of Alumni Affairs, and the Treasurer, signing
jointly, unless generally or in a particular instance the Executive Committee shall otherwise order
or provide.
3. Deeds, Leases, Mortgages, Etc. Deeds, leases, mortgages and instruments requiring the
seal of the Association shall be executed in behalf of the Association by any two (2) of the
President Director of Alumni Affairs, and the Treasurer, signing jointly, unless generally or in a
particular instance the Executive Committee shall otherwise order or provide.
