and stable unit. Durable heavy 13 gauge steel one piece box-formed reinforced upright frame punched 2” on centers for
maximum adjustability and 15 gauge beams for years of service. Positive six-way locking action; right to left; front to back;
up/down. Lock automatically snaps into place and secures beam, is visible for easy checking and fast adjustment. Welded
braces provide maximum rigidity and stability. Epoxy finish. Step down beam design accommodates cross bars and
decking. Interchangeable with Teardrops styles of the following manufacturers: Interlake, Kingway, Unarco, Steel King,
USP, Wireway/Husky and Speed Rack. 3 1 /4” x 4 1 /4”. 12 ga. base plate anchors upright to floor and distributes weight evenly.
HOW TO SELECT PALLET RACK:
A. Height: Measure all verticals including
height of pallet, pallet-load, beam, add
an extra 4” to 8” clearance between top
of load and bottom of beam above. Top
beam should be a minimum of 6” less
than the lifting height of your forklift.
B. Depth: Measure depth of pallet. Pallet
should overhang frame by 3” front
and back. (eg.: 48” deep pallet, use 42”
deep frame.)

C. Width: Measure width of pallet, add a
minimum of 3” clearance pallet to frame
and 4” between pallets to determine
correct beam length. Each pair of beams
must support weight of pallets per level.
P P D. Frame Capacity: Add total weight of all
pallets for each bay (exclude pallets on
floor.) This is your desired frame capacity.
E. A common frame should be used
4" between each section.
