HIGH SCHOOL OLD PUPILS’ ASSOCIATION (MAHSOPA)

TAN SRI ABDULLAH SALLEH SCHOLARSHIP FUND

To establish the TAN SRI ADBULLAH SALLEH SCHOLARSHIP FUND and to
provide for the management and administration of the Fund and other
matters incidental thereto.

PART I

THE FUND

1. There is hereby established a Fund to be known as the TAN SRI

Establishment and ABDULLAH SALLEH SCHOLARSHIP FUND (hereinafter referred to as the
management “Fund”).

2. The Fund shall vest in and be managed by a Board of Trustees
(hereinafter referred to as the “Board”) which shall have the power to
award scholarships, study grants, or study loans, bursaries, prizes or any

other awards as the Board may think fit.

PART II

THE BOARD

Powers of the 3. The Board shall have the power at its discretion to accept any grants,
Board donations, endowments, gifts or bequests made to or in favour of the Fund.

Members of the 4. (1) The Board shall consist of the following members, viz:-
Board
(a) The Chairman who shall be the President of the Malacca High

School Old Pupils’ Association (hereinafter referred to as
“MAHSOPA”).

(b) The Chairman of the Board shall appoint the following members

to the Board

i) Two (2) members of MAHSOPA Executive Committee and

one shall serve as the Secretary of the Board.
ii) One member who is the appointed Trustee of MAHSOPA.
iii) One member of good standing from MAHSOPA general
