17.  If the Fund is dissolved any excess money after settling all debts and

                                   18.   As a tax-exempt Fund, if the Fund is dissolved any excess money after

                                   settling all debts and liabilities shall be donated to the Government or to any
                                   other  institutions  or  funds  approved  by  the  Director-General  of  Inland
                                   Revenue.
