               Dear

               Re: Donation

               Greetings of love and peace.

                                                                                   th
During our recent monthly MAHSOPA Welfare Project meeting on 27 June 2021 we
received a report from our Finance Head, an appeal for help from one of classmates. The
classmate is required to undergo a surgery which costs approximately RM10,000 which he
               does not have.

As Finance Head of MAHSOPA Welfare Project and Treasurer of MAHSOPA, he is fully aware
that our project is work in progress and we are in no position yet to provide any assistance.

However, through his own initiatives he passed the hat around his friends. Thus, the
               hospital bill was settled.

On behalf of our sub-committee we would like to say thank you to Encik Mokhlis Maizan,
our Head of Finance for showing such great spirit and wonderful initiative which probably
               had saved a life.

This is not an isolated case but is one example of what is happening to many around us
today. Being an alumnus or a retired teacher of Malacca High School does not exclude us
               from such scenario.

Do note that the current pandemic which includes MCO 3.0 has greatly impacted the lives of
many communities both urban and rural. Besides the basic necessities of having food on
the table, many children of our alumni are struggling with online access to home learning.
Many amongst us are undergoing medical treatment may find it very difficult to pay their
               medical bills, too.
With sufficient fund, we will be able to intensify our efforts to our friends and their families
to provide them the required necessary support. While we are challenged by the imposed
travel restriction, we are determined to seek creative means through which we can connect
and benefit others in this mission of ours.

Your kind donation will go a long way in contributing towards this end. All donations can be
made to CIMB Account No. 8000478787. Please email charliechua8081@yahoo.com or
WhatsApp Charlie Chua at 012-2820823 the deposit slip for the audit trail.

Thank you. May God continue to bless and protect you and your beloved ones always.
