AMENDMENT NO 3

               SELECTION OF RECEIPIENTS – new Section and clauses included. This is to establish the link between
               MAHSOPA and the Fund. The basic selection process, etc.



               AMENDMENT NO 4
               Accounts – new clause included to table the accounts of the Fund at MAHSOPA AGMs

               Also maintained the clause to comply for tax-exemption (for future use).



               AMENDMENT NO 5

               Amendments of Rules – amended to include consent of AGM is required and comply to tax-exempt
               requirement.



               AMENDMENT NO 6

               Dissolution – amended to include consent of AGM without tax-exempt status. If with tax-exempt
               status then approval of DG of IRB is required.
