Subcommittee Policies and Procedures

               Purpose: To ensure each member is made aware of policy changes

                           To maintain member morale by keeping them informed

               Policy

               Changes and revisions in established subcommittee policies will be promptly brought to the
               attention of all members.  All policy changes must be approved by the MAHSOPA Executive
               committee and the Board of Trustees.


                 Objectives

                 The people serving in this Sub-committee of MAHSOPA Welfare Project met, discussed
                 and expressed a desire to be of service to:

                 1. Retired Principals, Teachers and staffs of Malacca High School and
                 2. Alumni of Malacca High School
                 - whom may be in need of Financial Assistance
                 - who are currently undergoing medical treatment
                 3. Families of prominent personnel of Malacca High School which include retired
                 Principals, Teachers and Alumni - upon their untimely demise.

                 In order to achieve the above, this Sub-committee shall endeavor to raise Funds through
                 various means and projects.




               Procedure
                   1.  Suggestions for changes in existing policies are to be presented in writing through
                       department heads to the MAHSOPA Executive committee.
                   2.  The subcommittee will be responsible for complete dissemination of policy changes.
                       This will be accomplished by:
                          a.  Forwarding a copy of policy change memorandum to all department heads.
                          b.  Department heads, in turn, will be responsible for ensuring that their
                              departmental members are informed of all policy changes.
