This hydraulic helm is a Tilt 20 CC / 1.2 Cu Inch helm with compression
style fittings. It is used with the 8M0054993 Basic cylinder. The shaft is
anodized steel with a composite tank. The pressure relief is 1000 PSI for
high torque applicactions for improved performance. (5.2 Lock to lock wheel 8M0077701 587.77
turns). This kit includes a small cylinder and a new 1.2 Cubic Inch (20cc) Tilt
Single engine 75‑150 HP OB (Includes new 150 HP 4 stroke) Helm. They do not come with hoses, you will need to order Compression
Style fitting hoses 8M0053474 thru 8M0053491 hose kits (1000 PSI relief).

This Basic hydraulic cylinder has the same robust performance design
requirement as our heavy duty cylinder. It is qualified to the same 300,000
cycle as our other steering systems, has high strength fasteners, stainless
steel arm, heavy duty triple seal cartridges for enhanced duribilty and longevity

All Single Outboard ‑ 150 HP and below This kit includes a standard helm (1.5Cu Inch) with all the needed
(1.5L Opti engine requires the special arm ‑ cylinder 8M0056619) components to install the helm along with a bolt‑on cylinder with
HYDRAULIC HELM AND CYLINDER- SMALL- STD W-O hardware . This bolt‑on kit is the most robust hydraulic system in the
market. The cylinder was tested to all Verado standards for load and strength.
HOSES The kit also includes high strength machined stainless steel screws that are used
at each attachment point. Order Verado hoses 897982K__ series separately
Used on all Verado 135‑200 L4 engines, 75‑115 4 Cylinder 4 strokes , OptiMax
1/5L and V6 engines ( order arm 898082A03 when used on 1.5L Opti) (Use with
