FUEL LINES AND PRIMER BULBS (US-EPA 8 FT. FUEL LINE ASSEMBLY
COMPLIANT)

These products are US‑EPA complaint for the calendar year 2011.
All engines and boats built after Jan. 1, 2009 and subject to US‑EPA MERCURY®/MARINER®/FORCE®
regulations, require the new "Low Permeation" hoses without exception.
Unless otherwise stated, all assemblies shown utilize the Universal 5/16
in. (8 mm) I.D. fuel line assembled with various combinations of primer
bulb and/or fuel line fittings for delivery of fuel to the outboard engine.

This 8 ft. (2.44 m) fuel line assembly features a quick disconnect on the engine
end, the "EPA‑MERC‑PB15" primer bulb and a male quick connector on the tank
end. Bulbs will perform at ‑15 Degrees C (5 Degrees F) after 6 weeks of exposure
to fuel.
This hose will connect to the pigtail on the new 2011 pressurized 6.6 gallon fuel
tanks.

This 9 ft. (2.74m) features a screw in fitting on the tank end, our Fuel Demand
Valve, the "EPA‑MERC‑PB15" primer bulb and a quick disconnect on the engine
end. Bulbs will perform at ‑15 Degrees C (5 Degrees F) after 6 weeks of exposure
to fuel.

Low permeation hose has standard quick connect type fitting on engine end and
1/4" NPT threaded fitting on the tank end. "EPA‑MERC‑PB15" primer bulb is
included in this 8 ft. (2.44 m) assembly. Bulbs will perform at ‑15 Degrees C (5
Degrees F) after 6 weeks of exposure to fuel.
Fits Force 40 hp. and larger (1993 and Newer), Force 9.9/15/25 hp. (1998) and all
Mercury/Mariner outboards using clip on type disconnect at engine ends and a tank
with threaded fuel pickup fitting.

There are no ends on this 9 ft. (2.74 m) fuel line assembly featuring the
"EPA‑MERC‑PB15‑2" primer bulb. Bulbs will perform at ‑15 Degrees C (5 Degrees
F) after 6 weeks of exposure to fuel.
This 5/16 inch (8 mm) I.D. fuel line will adapt to a variety of EPA‑2011 uses by
adding connectors as desired.

threaded fitting on the tank end. "EPA‑MERC‑PB15‑2" primer bulb is included in
this 8 ft. (2.44 m) assembly. Bulbs will perform at ‑15 Degrees C (5 Degrees F)
after 6 weeks of exposure to fuel.
Fits varying applications using the older style twist type disconnects at the engine
end and either a bayonet or thread‑in fitting on the tank end.
