BioFACT™ Real-Time PCR Series is providing optimizing system for easy-use using various intercalating reagents in Real-Time PCR am-
pli cation and users can use their own intercalating dyes by themselves. Furthermore, EvaGreen™ or SYBR® Green I can be supplied
with our kits as an option or mixture types for convenient use and included BioFACT™ H-Star Taq DNA Polymerase helps accurate and
reliable result to enable target-speci c ampli cation due to its Hot Start characteristic.
BioFACT™ 2X Real-Time PCR Master Mix and Pre-Mix contains H-Star Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, optimized reaction bu er, passive
reference dye (in case of Pre-Mix type) and intercalating dyes (EvaGreen™/SYBR® Green I). Your template and primers are the only
additions necessary to perform qPCR reaction.
