Das Vorbild dieses Modells steht in Chemnitz-
Hilbersdorf und ist eine Variante der DR/DRG-
Einheitsbekohlung. Diese Art Kohlewiegebunker
wurde seit den 1930er Jahren an zahlreichen
Orten aufgestellt. Die Stahlkonstruktion ist sehr
detailgetreu und filigran. Die Geländer sind aus
stabilem Karton in Lasercut-Technologie herge-
stellt.

The example on which this coal bunkering sys-
tem has been modelled can be seen at Chem-
nitz-Hilbersdorf and is a version of the DR/DRG
standard coal handling system. This type of coal
weighing bunker had been installed in many
places since the 1930s. The steel construction
is very true to detail and a filigree design. We
combine plastic material with body-died board
made by laser cut technology.
