                                                   money	than	they	are	to	present	money.	That's	a	big	game
                                                   changer.	When	you're,	especially	if	you're	creating	money	for
                                                   people,	the	thing	that's	amazing	about	it	is	that	they	are	really
                                                   able	to	imagine	themselves	in	this	bigger	future	and	pay	for	it
                                                   from	the	bounty	of	their	bigger,	brighter	future.	We're	in
                                                   September	now,	around	August	what	you	start	to	see,	every
                                                   furniture	ad	in	the	country	starts	to	say	now,	"No	payments,	no
                                                   interest	til	2020"	which	that	sounds	like	a	century	from	now,
                                                   right?	I'll	be	rich	by	then	but	I	want	my	new	furniture	now.


               Dean	Jackson:	        01:21:33	     So	we're	much	more	optimistic	about	our	financial	future	and
                                                   we're	much	more	generous	with	the	money	from	the	future
                                                   money	but	if	you're	trying	to	get	present	money,	that	money's
                                                   already	gone,	right?	A	little	bit	of	next	month's	money	is	already
                                                   gone,	too,	by	the	way.	You	start	thinking	about	how	you	can
                                                   cooperate,	collaborate	together	to	get	that	big	result	and	here's
                                                   the	thing	is	you	have	to	deliver	less	result	than	you	have	to
                                                   promise	to	convince	them	to	give	you	money	to	get	the	result.	If
                                                   you're	trying	to	convince	people,	you	have	to	pay	this	best	case
                                                   scenario,	show	them	the	people	who've	gotten	the	outside
                                                   results	from	what's	happening	but	if	you	remember	what	my
                                                   offer	was	to	people,	"I'm	gonna	work	with	you.	I'm	gonna	show
                                                   you	how	to	do	your	first	transaction	and	you	pay	us	when	you
                                                   do	your	first	transaction."	All	I	have	to	do	is	show	them	how	to
                                                   get	one	transaction.	It	sounds	like	this	super	generous	offer.	It's
                                                   really	an	amazing	question	that	if	you	can	ask	yourself	that
                                                   you're	gonna	be	amazed	at	how	it	all	works	out.

               Dean	Jackson:	        01:22:39	     Conversion	multiplier	number	six.	Keep	people	coming	back.	If
                                                   you've	got	a	business	where	you've	got	other	opportunities	for
                                                   them	or	you've	got	a	recurring	thing,	this	is	one	of	the	best
                                                   things	that	you	can	focus	on	is	improving	the	retention	rate,
                                                   improving	the	referral	rate,	having	them	grow	themselves	by
                                                   telling	other	people.	I	do	a	lot	of	work	with	a	company	called
                                                   the	Mosquito	Authority,	they're	in	North	Carolina	but	they're
                                                   franchised	all	over	North	America.	One	of	the	things	we	did	was
                                                   work	on	their	retention,	their	renewal	program.	What	happens
                                                   is	with	the	Mosquito	Authority	is	they	come	into	your	yard,	they
                                                   spray	your	yard,	all	the	mosquitoes	go	away,	they	stay	gone	for
                                                   three	weeks	and	then	they	come	back	and	spray	again	and	keep
                                                   the	mosquitoes	away	all	summer	or	all	year	long.	Fantastic,
                                                   transformational	business.	If	you	have	mosquitoes,	highly
                                                   recommend	that	you	do	it	because	you're	gonna	be	amazed
                                                   that	there	are	none.
