                                                   primary	reasons	that	people	weren't	successful	with	their
                                                   website	was	that	they	were	in	a	market	that	was	too	small.	That
                                                   there	wasn't	enough	search	volume	for	the	keywords,	you
                                                   know,	"Happy	Valley	Real	Estate"	compared	to	"Winterhaven
                                                   Real	Estate"	or	"Orlando	Real	Estate"	or	whatever	the	bigger
                                                   city	would	get.	I	kind	of	ruled	out,	you	know,	we	put	a	minimum
                                                   on	the	market	size	or	that	they	were	brand	new	people	who
                                                   didn't	have	a	clue	what	to	do	even	if	they	found	people	to	work
                                                   with.	So	I	thought,	"Okay,	our	best	thing,	our	sweet	spot	is
                                                   somebody	who's	got	one	or	two	years	experience"	and	I	started
                                                   making	these	parameters	and	I	put	a	little	PS	in	my	emails	that
                                                   go	out	and	I	said,	"PS,	I'm	starting	a	new	pilot	program	next
                                                   month	and	I'm	looking	for	some	very	specific	people	so	if	you
                                                   live	in	a	market	over	20,000	people,	you've	been	in	real	estate
                                                   for	at	least	one	to	two	years,	you	personally	work	with	buyers
                                                   and	sellers,	you've	got	time	to	work	with	two	new	buyers	at
                                                   least	starting	next	month,	you're	friendly	and	coachable	and
                                                   you	can	keep	a	secret,	then	reply	to	this	email,	tell	me	a	little	bit
                                                   about	yourself	and	I'll	be	picking	people	this	weekend."

               Dean	Jackson:	        01:18:48	     So	I	got	all	these	people	responding	in	and	I	picked	30	people	to
                                                   do	our	Project	Cyrus	program	where	I	was	taking	them	through
                                                   a	training	program.	I	figured	out	that	it	would	cost	me	$180	to
                                                   put	somebody	though	a	12	week	program.	If	I	buy	their	domain
                                                   name,	I	built	their	website,	I	set	up	their	AdWords	account,	we
                                                   were	a	Google	partner	and	funded	it	with	$100.	I	put	in	the	$25
                                                   for	them,	'cause	you	get	$100	after	you	spend	$25	so	it	was	$25
                                                   plus	we	added	the	$100	from	Google	and	took	them	through
                                                   the	12	week	training	program	and	knowing	that	if	I	could	crack
                                                   that	code,	that	now	I	would	have	zero	friction	in	getting	people
                                                   to	sign	up.	It	was	the	rocket	fuel	for	us.	It	was	the	thing	that
                                                   allowed	me	to	take	on	30	people	at	a	time	and	we	were	able	to
                                                   grow	that	foundation	based	on	being	able	to	get	results	for
                                                   people	and	we	were	able	to	graduate	73%	overall	of	all	the
                                                   people	that	went	through.	Actually,	the	deal	was	that	you	do
                                                   your	first	transaction	before	the	end	of	the	90	days	and	you	pay
                                                   us	from	that	or	you	can	choose	to	continue	and	pay	us	the
                                                   $1500	after	you	do	your	first	transaction.

               Dean	Jackson:	        01:20:17	     Some	people	didn't	get	out	of	the	gate	but	the	ones	that	did,	we
                                                   ended	up	having	all	these	great	success	stories	and	it	worked
                                                   really	well.	That's	what	I	realized	is	that	it's	less	expensive,	$180
                                                   is	less	expensive	than	what	I	would	have	to	do	to	convince
                                                   somebody	to	give	me	the	money	up	front,	right?	That	can
                                                   change	the	way	that	you	think	about	things.	What	I	also	learned
                                                   in	that	experience	is	that	people	are	far	less	attached	to	future
