                                                   got	paid	if	my	client	gets	the	result?	I	can't	take	responsibility
                                                   for	them	getting	the	result.	If	they	do	the	work,	if	they	get	the
                                                   stuff,	they'll	get	the	result.	It's	all	in	there	if	they	just	follow	the
                                                   plan."	How	many	of	you	are	already	deflecting	in	your	mind	like
                                                   that?	That	that's	what	you're	thinking,	right?	That	you've	gotta
                                                   think	that.	Well	I'm	telling	you	that	the	more	that	you	can	take
                                                   that	mindset	there,	"What	would	you	do	if	you	only	got	paid	if
                                                   your	client	gets	the	result"	goes	all	the	way	back,	you	know?	Zig
                                                   Ziglar	said	that	you	get	anything	you	want	in	life	if	you	help
                                                   enough	other	people	get	what	they	want.

               Dean	Jackson:	        01:11:49	     If	you're	taking	a	focus	where	everything	that	you're	doing	is	set
                                                   up	to	make	sure	that	people	win,	right?	If	you're	putting
                                                   yourself	in	a	position	where	their	result	is	as	important	to	you
                                                   and	maybe	even	more	important	than	it	is	to	them,	that's	really
                                                   the	best	position	to	come	from.	You're	gonna	put	your	best
                                                   effort	into	something	like	that,	right?	If	you're	only	going	to	get
                                                   paid	when	they	get	the	result.	If	you	think	about	it,	the	people
                                                   who	make	the	highest	amount	of	money	make	it	from	a	results
                                                   based	kind	of	thing,	you	know?	Where	you're	getting	these
                                                   things.	You	look	at,	I	use	real	estate	agents	as	an	example,	you
                                                   know,	if	they're	selling	a	million	dollar	house	or	a	two	million
                                                   dollar	house,	you	know,	it	could	be	a	hundred	and	twenty
                                                   thousand	dollars	for	somebody	to	sell	a	two	million	dollar
                                                   house.	Now,	if	they	had	to	go	in	and	tell	people	about	how
                                                   they're	gonna	market	their	house	and	what	they're	going	to	do
                                                   and	then	say	to	people,	"That'll	be	a	hundred	and	twenty
                                                   thousand	dollars"	and	they	have	to	write	a	check	now	to	do
                                                   that,	commissions	wouldn't	be	what	they	are	because	right
                                                   now,	the	realtors	only	going	to	get	paid	if	they	get	the	house
                                                   sold.


               Dean	Jackson:	        01:13:05	     As	soon	as	it	gets	down	to	the	work	that's	involved	in	it,	if
                                                   you're	just	paying	that,	then	it	becomes	more	of	a	commodity
                                                   thing.	People	start	shopping	more	that	way.	But	there's	an
                                                   interesting	thing,	I	started	thinking	this	way	and	thinking	these
                                                   thoughts	about	how	is	it	that...	how	could	I	apply	this	to	me,
                                                   right?	How	could	I	apply	this	to	my	world?	And	I	started	thinking
                                                   with	our	real	estate	websites	that	we	had	for	sure	a	way	that
                                                   people	were	getting	multiples	of	the	money.	10,	15,	20	times
                                                   the	money,	the	ROI	that	they're	spending	on	driving	traffic	to
                                                   their	sites.	The	real	estate,	the	sites	were	expensive	compared
                                                   to	what	other	real	estate	websites	were,	right?	But	I	started
                                                   thinking	about	these	things	and	I	realized	that	sometimes	it's
                                                   less	expensive	to	get	the	result	for	someone	than	it	is	to
                                                   convince	them	to	give	you	money	to	get	the	result.
