after seven hours he had 42% opened, 29% replied. Serious
buyers in the next 30 days: three. Three at a minimum of $5,000
Euros each up for grabs. $15,000 every day. $450,000 a month.
$5.4 million a year.
Dean Jackson: 01:08:13 "It's almost a business, he said. Update 11 more replies and a
total of eight with a viewing trip in the diary. I've lost count of
the number of people looking to rent before they buy so that's a
34% open rate, 10% of which are serious, let alone the long tail
value. I'm blown away and so grateful we pulled the email pin."
Then the next day we sent an email to the 550 people who
opted in a year ago and sent the nine word, "Are you still
looking for a property in Spain?" And that was amazing results
that we got from that, too. All of this, you're saying, you can't
automate that kind of stuff. Well, sometimes humans win, you
know? Sometimes humans are the way to go. Even Elon Musk
says that humans are underrated. Calls Tesla's excessive
automation a mistake. Now, if you start to think about it, and
I've created this position in my company called Email Barista.
Dean Jackson: 01:09:16 The reason I say it like that is that it's a real human who really
interacts with people by email and the reason that I look at it is
that I call it Email Barista, is that people are so much more
engaging when you can interact with a real human, you know?
It takes about the skill level, if somebody can make all those
complicated drinks at Starbucks on demand, if they can make
those drinks they can certainly cut and paste pre-written copy
chunks that you've already written to assemble an email that
makes sense to reply to people, right? And add a little bit of the
human interaction with them. They're following the recipe, but
they're having a little bit of small talk with you, right? Same
thing. You could push a button and get a mocha or a cappuccino
or whatever from a machine but it's the nicety of "How's your
day? How are you doing?" Having that little jokes going on with
your favorite barista, the one who recognizes you and knows
what you have in your thing and that you like a little bit of extra
foam and they wink at you when they give it to you 'cause they
know that's how you like it. You can't get that from a machine,
right? That's what humans are, the real value about, you know?
Okay.
Dean Jackson: 01:10:33 Conversion multiplier number five. What would you do if you
only got paid if your client gets the result? That's an amazing
question that you can ask yourself and it'll change your life.
Now I call it a clarifying question because that's really what it'll
help you do but the first time you say those words it is more of
a terrifying question than a clarifying question, right? How many
