Dean	Jackson: 01:14:04 Now,	just	let	that	sink	in	for	a	second,	right?	Because	you	know,
what	I'm	talking	about	is	that	there's	something	that	you	do
right	now,	if	you're	a	result	oriented,	if	you're	helping	people
get	a	result	for	something	or	you're	training	them	or	you're
showing	them	how	to	do	it	that	there's	something	different	if
you	could	have	somebody	and	just	they	would	just	get	out	of
your	way	and	let	you	do	what	you	could	do	for	them	that	you
could	create	an	incredible	result	for	them.	Sometimes,	all	the
frustration	that	we	have	is	in	trying	to	convince	people	that	you
can	do	it	because	they're	going	to	put	the	money	up	front	to	get
you	to	do	it,	right?	Sometimes	it's	actually	less	expensive.	I	did
the	math,	I	started	thinking...	and	honestly,	before	you	even
ever	do	this,	just	think	the	thought	silently	to	yourself	and
observe	and	I	started	looking	at	it	and	saying,	"Okay"...

Dean	Jackson: 01:15:03 What	prompted	this	for	me	was	I	read	a	biography	about	a	guy
who	invented	the	reaper	in	the	1800s,	a	mechanical	reaper.
Cyrus	McCormick	is	the	guys	name.	The	mechanical	reaper	is
credited	along	with	the	railroad	and	the	telephone	as	the
greatest	invention	of	the	1800s,	right?	That	paved	the	way	for
society	to	come	out	of	the	fields	and	into	the	factories,	right?
He	invented	this	mechanical	reaper	that	allowed	one	farmer	to
do	the	work	of	14	men.	Farming	before	the	reaper	was	a	very
manual	labor	thing.	It	took	a	lot	of	people	but	the	problem	was
that	the	machine	was	expensive	and	the	farmers	couldn't	afford
it.	What	Cyrus	realized	was	that	if	they	had	the	machine,	they'd
make	more	money	and	they'd	be	able	to	afford	the	machine	so
he	said,	"Aha,	how	about	if	I	give	you	the	machine	now.	You	use
it	for	the	season	and	then	you	pay	me	at	the	harvest	with	your
extra	profits	that	you've	made	because	you're	doing	the	work	of
14	men."	That	took	off	like	wildfire	and	allowed	them	to	send
the	reapers	all	over	the	country,	right?

Dean	Jackson: 01:16:27 I	started	thinking	about	that.	It	was	the	same	thing.	I	had	a	tool,
a	website,	that	was	helping	these	realtors	make	money.	The
cost	of	it	was	more	than	what	typical	real	estate	websites	cost
but	I	knew	that	they	were	going	to	create	more	money	by
having	it	and	I	knew	with	certainty	that	I	could	get	them	to	do	it.
I	started	back	testing	myself.	I	started	thinking,	"Okay,	what
would	happen	if	I	had	made	that	offer	to	the	last	ten	people
that	bought	websites	from	us?"	I	started	looking	at	them	and	I
realized	that	most	of	them	were	already	up	and	really	doing
well	and	making	a	lot	of	money,	recouping	their	investment,
multiplying	it.	There	were	a	couple	of	people	who	had	not
gotten	out	of	the	gate	or	people	who	were	failing.	I	kind	of
looked	at	it	and	I	realized,	"Okay,	this	helps	me	get	the
guidelines	into	if	I'm	gonna	make	that	kind	of	an	offer,	who	is
