Any  requests  for  changes  to  the  pick-up/drop  off  address  for
         your      child     must      be     made       in     writing     to
         travel.assistance@enfield.gov.uk.

         Please  keep  the  Travel  Brokerage  Team  updated  with  any
         changes to your telephone numbers/email address and provide
         at  least  one  weeks  notice  for  changes  to  new  permanent
         address.

         Please  ensure  to  provide  the  Travel  Brokerage  Team  with
         alternative/emergency  contact  details  including  full  postal
         address  and  telephone  number/s  i.e.  neighbour  or  family
         member living close by.


         HOW LONG WILL THE TRANSPORT WAIT?












         Transport will wait outside your home or agreed collection point
         for up to three (3) minutes after the pre-arranged pick up time.  If
         your child is not ready thereafter, a letter will be put through your
         letter  box  (where  possible)  to  notify  you  that  transport  has
         already  visited  your  address  and  will  proceed  to  collect  other
         students.  The reason for this is to minimise waiting time for the
         other children on board the vehicle and those not yet collected
         who may get agitated due to the delay and also to  enable the
         other  students  travelling  in  the  same  vehicle  as  your  child  to
         arrive at school on time.
