INTRODUCTION
Enfield Passenger Transport Service (PTS) is responsible for
your child/children whilst they are in our care during both the
morning and afternoon journeys. Our aim is to make sure that
your child gets to school safely and in a timely fashion.
PTS provides transport to a diverse group of service users.
These include children and young people with special needs
taken to schools/centres, transport the elderly to day care
centres and adults with learning difficulties/mental health
problems to specialist centres.
We are committed to providing reliable, safe and stress-free
transport. This means that you can expect a high standard of
quality and safety in the services we provide and where
Contractors are used to provide the service, they will maintain
these standards too.
This Welcome Pack explains the responsibilities you have in
respect of your child’s/children’s transport to and from school
along with other useful information.
