PARENT/CARER GUIDELINES

PARENT / CARER RESPONSIBILITY

• You are responsible for making sure your child is ready
for school/centre at the designated time.
• You are responsible for receiving your child at the
designated time and address.
• You are responsible for your child’s safety and welfare
until you have safely handed your child to one of our
Passenger Assistants.

SCHOOL / SPECIALIST CENTRE RESPONSIBILITY

• The school/centre is responsible for your child once your
child has been handed over to a member of staff on
arrival at school/centre also before they board the vehicle
each evening.

PASSENGER TRANSPORT SERVICES (PTS) RESPONSIBILITY

• We are responsible for your child as soon as your child
has been handed over safely to one of our Passenger
Assistants.

• A Passenger Assistant may be provided depending on
the age and or individual needs of your child.

• Confirmation/authorisation of Passenger Assistants
support is determined by the Travel Brokerage Team.
