• All vehicles are fully licensed and all the passengers are
covered by insurance whilst being transported.

• All staff are expected to display ID badges and wear their
hi-visibility waistcoats/jackets at all times, whilst on duty.

• There is a ‘No Smoking’ policy for all staff whilst on the
vehicle or on duty.

• All effort is made to provide your child with a regular
Driver and Passenger Assistant. However, from time to
time changes may be required. You will be notified of any
changes as soon as possible.

• Transport for all children will be subject to changes,
however we intend to minimise service disruption as
much as possible. Please be aware that when new
students are added on the existing routes, this will impact
on the usual pick up/drop off times. The children's vehicle
type and Passenger Assistants may also be subject to
change, but you will be notified of any changes as soon
as possible.

COLLECTION/DROP OFF PROCEDURE

The minibus/minicab will try to stop at the same place each
morning and evening (wherever possible). Ideally, this will be as
close to your home as possible. If this is not feasible due to
parked cars or parking restrictions, transport will stop at the
closest or safest point available.
