Remuneration of Directors and Executives

(1) Monetary Remuneration
In the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, 12 LC Investment executives received remuneration from the management
of subsidiaries under Big C Vietnam in the form of salaries and annual bonuses, amounted to approximately
THB 113 million. (Ms. Nguyen Thuc Uyen Vi, Mr. Antonio de Sousa received remuneration that was not based on
a full 12-month year since they held positions during the intervals of the period. And Mr. Olivier Langlet received
remuneration for the executive positions under Central Retail from CRC)

(2) Other Remuneration
In the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, 12 executives received other remuneration from the management of
subsidiaries under Big C Vietnam in the form of provident fund contributions, social security fund contributions,
health insurance, travel expenses, fuel and telephone bills, etc.
