B. Pengaturan Rangkap Jabatan Di Negara Lain
1. Amerika Serikat
Selain Indonesia, praktik rangkap jabatan pada suatu
perusahaan juga sering terjadi di Negara Amerika Serikat.
Salah satu pengaturan mengenai rangkap jabatan di
Amerika Serikat diatur di dalam Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. §
19 yang menjelaskan terkait Interlocking Directorates
and Officers :
“No person shall, at the same time, serve as a
Director or Officer in any two corporations (other
than banks, banking assovciations, and trust
companies) that are:
a. engaged In whole or in part in commerce;
and
b. by virtue of their business and location of
operation, competitors, so that the
elimination of competition by agreement
between them would constitue a violation of
any of the antitrust laws”
