The Foresight Framework has such a simple structure that anybody
can go through the five stages from beginning to end.
The first three phases are dedicated to the question of how we best
deal with a new or hitherto unknown problem statement. We begin
with the famous white sheet of paper and try to capture the future.
The problem statement can be directed inward or outward. In extreme
cases, it can even mean that we redefine the future of an entire
