        In order to apply a paradigm based on business ecosystem design successfully, you must
        keep five factors of success in mind:





                     1. Ecosystem awareness:
                     We should see ourselves as part of the ecosystem and develop the ability
                     to recognize our roles and behaviors in it—also through the eyes of other
                     people and actors as well as from various angles.
                                                                               4. Sustainable ecosystem intelligence:
                                                                               Establish the capability of promoting and improving systems thinking
                                                                               and design thinking in this area in the long term and further develop-
                                                                               ing the ecosystem in an agile way.







             2. Understanding systemic options:
             We should consciously reflect on ecosystems and have the ability to
