Innate Spellcasting. The dragon's innate spellcasting ability is
Armor Class 18 (natural armor) Charisma. It can innately cast the following spells (spell save DC 16,

Speed 40 ft., fly 80 ft. At will: charm person, detect magic, disguise self, fire bolt (3d10)
