3005 – Boarding Pets Phone Calls
Result Statement: To offer our clients the service or items their pet needs WHILE THE PET
IS HERE BOARDING WITH US.
Primary Responsible Position: Client Coordinator
Participating Positions: Vets, Techs, TA’s, and Receptionists
Why: A vet or a tech examines EVERY pet that boards with us. During most all
of these exams we find something the pet needs that we can provide
WHILE THEY ARE STAYING WITH US. In most cases it is dental disease or
a pet being overweight. We offer this to the clients for two reasons:
1. Their pet will benefit from it.
2. It is convenient for the client
When: DAILY, before noon on the days the client coordinator works.
