15. Tell me about the most difficult on the job problem you ever faced and how you

What were the circumstances, and how did you do it?

vocal instructions. (Things to think about: do the interviewer’s shoes have shoelaces?
Can you describe the process? This kind of question helps the interviewer test
communication skills needed by candidates in handling clients.)

                   20. What is the single most rewarding thing you have accomplished in your last job, and

                   23. What special skills or knowledge can you bring to our practice? Why would this be
                       valuable to us?
                   24. Within this practice or not, where do you see yourself, and your career, in five years?
                   25. Describe a situation in which you felt it was necessary to break company policy or alter
                       procedures to get things done.
                   26. Tell me about a time when you've stuck to company policy or procedure, when it might
                       have been easier not to.
                   27. Tell me about a time when Owners’ decision of policy change held up your work. How
                       did you handle it?
                   28. Tell me about an important goal you've set in the past and how you accomplished it.
                   29. Tell me about something you've done in a job that was creative. Think of a specific
example. Tell me exactly how you handled it.
                   30. Tell me about a time you made a quick decision you were proud of.
                   31. Do you know the expression 'to roll with the punches'? Tell me about a time when you
                       had to do that.
                   32. When you had to do a job that was particularly uninteresting, how did you deal with it?

                   34. You've told me a lot of your strengths for this job. But I need to get a balanced picture
and get some knowledge of where you might need some improvement. Describe for me

                                                                                                         [38]
