Operation of multi-channel stripes [2-4 channels / WW-CW, RGB, RGBW]
Multi-channel LED stripes [WW-CW, RGB, RGBW] must be dimmed simultaneously via several channels [two to four]. For
example, the colour mixing of an RGB stripe requires that different brightnesses [dimming levels] of the individual colours
red, green and blue are mixed together [additive colour mixing]. As a rule, a multi-channel PWM dimmer is connected behind
the output voltage of a standard power adapter [without dimming function]. This generates the brightness values of the
individual colours via remote control, app, DMX or DALI.
