            5. Operational guidelines



              5.1   Preparation before services

                   -  Staff must be trained and acknowledged about procedures and regulations.
                   -  Display Terms of Service for hotel guests.
                   -  Provide disinfection mat at the entrance of the facility.
                   -  Provide temperature measuring devices before reaching check-in counter.
                   -  Provide a separation barrier at the check-in counter to divide the staff and hotel
                     guests.
                   -  Provide signs reminding guests to maintain 1-2 metres of social distancing.
                   -  Provide an area for hotel guests to wash their hands with 70% alcohol-based hand
                     wash or soap.

                   -  Provide spare face masks and 70% alcohol-based sanitizer for hotel guests at the
                     check-in counter and all service areas.



















              5.2   During the hotel guests’ 7/14 days-quarantine
                   -  When hotel guests arrive at the hotel, porters must wear PPE, including gloves
                     and water proof PPE clothing, to unload luggage from the cars and bring them to
                     the guest rooms.
                   -  Hotels provide buggy cars or other vehicles to bring guests to their rooms.
