            Measures for Restaurants and Similar

            Establishments


            1. Objective




            To provide practical guidance for restaurants and similar establishments which are
            accredited for achieving standards of COVID-19 vaccination and herd immunity.
            This guideline includes facility management and operational procedures for staff to meet
            MOPH standards in hygiene, cleanliness and safety, and improve customer satisfaction.

            2.  Scope



            This handout provides details of standard operating procedures for related agencies to help
            them manage and provide accurate services for fully vaccinated foreign tourists, following

            “SAMUI+ MODEL” rules and regulations.

            3. Related Agencies



              3.1   Accredited restaurants achieving standards of vaccination and herd immunity and
                    other required standards
              3.2   Samui Public Health Office, Pha-ngan Public Health Office and Ko Tao Public Health

                    Office
              3.3   Other related agencies designated by local CCSA



            4. Tools and equipment



              4.1   Handheld infrared thermometer
              4.2   Cleaning equipment
              4.3   Disinfectant, alcohol-based cleansing gel
              4.4   Face masks
              4.5   Other necessary tools and equipment
