Measures for Managing Tourism Activities within

SAMUI+ MODEL

1. Objective

To provide practical guidance for sea sport activities which are kayaking, paddle boarding,
sailing and kitesurfing, following the standards of safety and leisure tourism.

2. Scope

This handout provides details of standard operation procedures for related agencies to help
them manage and provide accurate services for fully vaccinated foreign tourists, following
“SAMUI+ MODEL” rules and regulations.

3.2 Samui Public Health Office and Pha-ngan Public Health Office
