5. Operational guidelines
5.1 Inspect all watersports equipment and ensure that they are safe to use. Clean
equipment with 70% alcohol-based disinfectant after use and before the arrival of
the next tour group.
5.2 Designate a specific service for the AQ group separated from general customers.
5.3 Give tourists instructions on how to play each sport and safety guidance before
starting the activities.
5.4 All staff and tourists must have an entry screening and temperature checks before
service.
5.5 Clean life jackets with alcohol solution or disinfectant after use and before the
arrival of the next group.
