                                                       don’t try to do too much on a day
                                                       trip. Gourmets can enjoy the famous
                                                       Amiata produce – chestnuts, salami

                                                       young children will find them intrigued
                                                       by the history behind the area’s many
                                                       castles, forts and walled medieval
