When you’re happy that the foot is securely fixed,
Score the marked position on the dish then apply work around the join inside and out with a wooden tool
slip to the area and the scored foot ring. to remove excess slip.

As a final (optional) detail, roll a tiny ball of clay with
a finger in the palm of your hand, then flatten it
between your finger and thumb.

Place the foot back in position on the dish and gently Stamp your maker’s mark at the centre of the little
