Fine Champagne
Perfect for spring, Cuvée Alexandra Rosé 2004
It was Bernard de Nonancourt who brought
the champagne label, Laurent-Perrier from
100th in the world ranking to 3rd position.
This dizzying ascent can be put down to the
energy of one man, his passion and his crea-
tivity. Back in 1987 on the occasion of his
daughter Alexandra’s marriage, he unveiled
the Cuvée Alexandra Millesime 1982. This
launch divulged the name of the person who
would one day succeed him. After more than
fifty years as president, Bernard de
Nonacourt died in 2010 and today the cham-
pagne house is in the competent hands of his
daughter, Alexandra Pereyre de Nonacourt

Rosé 2004. How to describe it? A generous vescence. Emboldened by its berry aroma, it
is best enjoyed in spring’ says Alexandra
Pereyre de Nonancourt. But the Cuvée Rosée
isn’t the only one. The Ultra Brut with just
the right note of freshness is ideal for sum-
mer. The Vintages are best sampled in
autumn sitting by a cosy fire. The Cuvée
Grand Siècle is perfect for the end of the year.
Its complexity makes it an ideal partner with
truffles, for example. And the Laurent-Perrier
Brut is just the perfect aperitif all year long.
