    competition, then a lunchtime buffet prepared
    by the chefs. The event was followed in the eve-
    ning by a gourmet dinner at the Beau-Rivage
    Geneva, served to the golfers on the intimate ter-
    race, and featuring a Laurent-Perrier champagne
    tasting and, for the cigar lovers, Davidoff cigars.
    Dominique Gauthier is constantly coming up
    with new ideas which he says give him his
    motivation. ‘New projects, that’s what it’s
    about!’. And he makes them actually happen.
    He looks to the stars but his heart is definitely
    in the kitchen.
