This is an exciting time for the ESA Foundation as we have now reached the $5 million
dollar mark in assets. Many years ago, that was an unbelievable and unattainable
dream of the Foundation, yet in this year, in 2017, it was accomplished.

In February of this year, the Board of Directors began an intensive strategic planning process to determine
what core values including expansion of grant and scholarship programs, development and growth of
        co-sponsorships among other things.

At IC Convention in St. Louis this summer, ESA Foundation spent Sunday at Camp Hope touring the facility
for wounded warriors in honor of our Hope for Heroes program. We made a $500 donation to help with
        their efforts.
