20X EvaGreen™



                  Intercalating Dye with High Sensitivity and Stability







                  20X EvaGreen™ is the next generating DNA binding dye that can be used in Real-Time PCR. EvaGreen™ is compatible with HRM
                  analysis as it has less PCR interference, such as slowing down the primer dimer formation and extension reaction, as well as high
                  sensitivity to double-stranded DNA, and can produce more accurate results. It has little PCR inhibition even at high concentrations
                  and is compatible with most qPCR instruments in a wavelength similar to SYBR® Green I. It is non-mutagenic, noncytotoxic, and very
                  stable under various PCR conditions.
                    Application
                    • λabs/λem = 500/530 nm (DNA bound)   • Less PCR inhibition by dye concentration
                    • λabs = 471 nm (w/o DNA)             • Superior bright fluorescence & Long half-life
