One-step RT-qPCR using RNA as a Template
BioFACT™ 2X Multi-Star OneStep qRT-PCR Master Mix (For Intercalating dye) is an optimized product which allows the qRT-PCR
to be done in one PCR tube by creating an enzyme mixture with Thermostable BioFACT™ RTase and H-Star(A-Star) Taq DNA poly-
merase, which has Hot Start PCR features. Intercalating dye can be selected from either SFCgreen® I or SYBR® Green I, and it can be
conveniently used simply by adding the primer and the template in order to perform PCR. This product can be used with all types
of Real-Time PCR instruments.
