Widia SuperFeed is used for milling for machining centres to perform maximum-
depth of cut 6,35mm. Widia's best selling design which derived from Clapp-DiCo™
will help you working with non-ferrous materials such as aluminium, highly abrasive
metals and alloyed metal at 7.0 Nm of force on 20.000 rpm of cutting speed.
Side milling can also be performed by its lead angle of 90° Indexes per insert and
1 edge per PCD cartridge. Widia's SuperFeed insert oer SDR/EDR Corner Radii
SDR 0,8mm and 2,36mm, EDR 0,8mm with WIDIA Grade WDN00U Ultra ne grain
PCD, Axial DOC SDR 6,35mm max and EDR 6,35mm max.
