Apparatus: 1.5 V dry cell, cell holder, switch, connecting wires, ammeter, voltmeter, rheostat and
filament bulb (2.5 V, 3 W)
Procedure:
1. Replace the constantan wire in Figure 3.12 with a filament bulb.
2. Close the switch and adjust the rheostat until the ammeter reads I = 0.14 A. Record the
voltmeter reading, V in Table 3.3.
3. Repeat step 2 with values of I = 0.16 A, 0.18 A, 0.20 A and 0.22 A.
