thing	that	we	don't	even	need	to	engage	with	people	but	what
if,	you	know,	you	go	into	the	Apple	store	and	what	happens?
They	over	index	on	people,	right?	There's	somebody	helpful
right	there	to	help	you	right	there.	You	can	swipe	your	credit
card,	you	know?	It's	so	easy	to	do	because	they're	greeting
people	as	they	come	in.	It's	an	amazing	experience.	Well,	same
thing	that	I	look	at	here.	When	people	go	to	the	landing	page,	I
didn't	wanna	add	any	new	information.	I	was	offering	a	book.
That's	the	extent	of	the	landing	page.	Just	people	leave	their
name	and	email,	we	would	get	68%	of	the	people	that	came	to
the	page	from	cold	traffic	like	that	for	an	ad	would	leave	their
name	and	their	email	and	now	I	like	to	think	about	that	as	a
                                                   magic	portal	to	your	office.

Dean	Jackson: 01:02:32 What	if	your	opt	in	page,	as	soon	as	they	press	"Download
Now"	they're	magically	transported	to	your	office.	I	sit,	this	is
my	office	in	Florida	in	Winterhaven	here	and	I	sit,	I've	got	a
comfy	club	chair	with	an	Ottoman	and	I'll	sit	there	with	that
view	of	the	park	across	the	road	from	my	office,	a	nice	breeze
coming	in	and	I'll	sit	there	and	I'll	imagine	the	scenario	of	the
conversation	that	I	would	have	with	somebody	if	they	showed
up	at	my	front	door,	right?	If	they	opened	the	door	and	said,
"Hey	I'm	here	about	the	email	mastery	book"	or	whatever	your
opt	in	is.	What	would	you	say	to	people?	How	would	that
experience	go,	right?	How	would	you	communicate	with
somebody?	Now	there's	a	really	great	opportunity	that	you
have	because	they've	never	liked	you	more	than	when	they
press	"submit"	or	"download"	or	whatever	your	opt	in
                                                   instruction	is,	right?

               Dean	Jackson: 01:03:31 There's	a	great	example.	There's	a	retail	furniture	store.	I	don't
know	whether	they're	in	Florida,	they're	in	California	called
Jennifer	Leathers.	Is	anybody	familiar	with	them?	They	sell
leather	sofas	and	they	got	a	sister	store	called	Jennifer
Convertibles	and	all	they	sell	are	sofa	beds	but	when	you	go	into
Jennifer	Leathers,	the	interaction	is	not,	"Can	I	help	you?"	"No
thanks	I'm	just	looking."	What	they	do	is	they	say,	"Welcome	to
Jennifer	Leathers,	have	you	been	here	before?"	As	soon	as	you
say,	"No,	I	haven't."	Then	they	say,	"Well,	welcome.	Let	me
explain	how	it	all	works.	All	of	the	sofas	that	you	see	are
available	in	any	of	the	leathers	on	the	back	well.	They're	all	in
stock	and	available	for	immediate	delivery	and	they're
guaranteed	for	life.	My	name's	Dean,	take	a	look	around.	If	you
have	any	questions	I'll	be	right	over	here."

Dean	Jackson: 01:04:28 Now,	in	that	eight	seconds,	what	they've	done	is	they've
overcome	the	three	biggest	reasons	that	somebody	might	leave
