12-12 DC 330V Battery
[Caution]
-Technical staff who inspect / maintenance the i-MiEV as Electrical vehicle should be completed the special
training course for the electric power handling.
-Make sure to remove the service plug when make service on the parts using high voltage.

12-12-1 DC 330V Battery: Removal

[STEP-1] Pre-work from cabin side
[1] Remove front passenger’s seat, floor console ass’y, side trim, scuff plate, then peel off the floor carpet.
[2] Remove floor duct
[3] Release the each rubber catch.

Make sure to remove the service plug when make service on the parts using high voltage.

[STEP-2] Disconnection of DC 330V harness
[1] Disconnection of P-Line & N-Line to the MCU
[2] Disconnection of the Line from the quick charging plug socket
[3] Disconnection of the line to the Heater
[4] Disconnection of the line to the A/C compressor
