12-20-1 Body repair / Paint General
- Technical staff who works at the body repair / paint shop should be completed the special training course for
the electric power handling, before treat the i-MiEV.
- DC 330 V battery and related parts must be removed before order to the outside paint shop, if the shop staff is not
completed the said training course.
- Body repair / paint for i-MiEV must be completed within 2 months. Deterioration of the DC 330V battery
is expected due to the full discharge of the battery.
- Since DC 330V battery and related parts does not use body as ground, unnecessary to remove them
for welding work as MIG or Spotting.
- Maintain the temperature of DC 330V battery at 60℃ or less. Remove out the DC 330V battery if it is difficult.
- Basically remove out the battery DC 330V battery at 60℃ or less. Remove out the DC 330V battery if it is
